This vinyasa yoga flow is a more fast paced type of yoga, but can be done by (most) beginner yogis as well, given
proper modifications are used in order to build adequate upper body strength and avoid pain. Please watch the previous video, on using blocks to move through a half vinyasa, before doing this practice.
